Welcome to my website, which is just a more detailed resume that I wanted to do in a website form. Why in a website form? Because I wanted to showcase my creativity, determination*, and my personality.
For the first tab, I'll run you through similar information found on my formal resume. In the additional tabs, I'll expand more!

*I don't know much about web design nor HTML nor domain setup, but here I am. I know the basics. I am continuously learning and proud of it.
The Master's Plan is just a list of the courses I have to take to earn my Master in Accountancy from the University of North Alabama. It includes the electives I plan to take. The list is originally derived from Curriculum Requirements for the Master of Accountancy (MAcc).
During my undergraduate studies at SNHU, I have written papers for assignments and projects. I have never had the chance to showcase these works until this website. Now that I am taking my postgraduate studies at UNA, I will be adding the papers I have written here as well. The papers' format have been simplified to a blog post type.
I enjoy learning languages and strive to speak as many languages as possible. I'm currently learning French and Spanish. Furthermore, I am capable of communicating in basic Spanish, while I am only capable of reading French. I use LingQ and Clozemaster.
Learning about psychology, history, and biography are some of my passions. I utilize Everand (formerly Scribd), documentaries, and podcasts.

This part is basically just a preview of who I am as a person. I believe that this is important to determine whether I fit their company culture. Or simply to get to know me as a person!
I'll tell you a little about my story, my traits, my work styles or interests, and my values.
Born and raised in the Philippines, I moved to the United States (specifically) from Alabama almost a decade ago. I think I can confidently say I have adapted to the culture here while preserving my own. Last year, I became a naturalized American citizen. I still believe in the American Dream of working hard for what you have.
Actually, I like numbers.
I love how in accounting there are several ways to "treat" a number, and how you "treat" the number affects other numbers. Everything is connected, organized, and standardized. While that may be quite rigid for some, I find that having a common ground is extremely helpful when communicating about a business or even just with your personal finances.
Accounting used to be the subject with which I struggled the most. It still is, honestly, but I find it satisfying to be able to understand and solve complex problems in my textbooks.
This whole website has been designed by yours truly.
The quote design on this page is done by me.
I love creative pursuits as well. I think it's just natural for humans to want to be creative. The loveliest art piece has always been produced in clasps of deep human emotion.
I also love creative writing, blogging, digital and home organizing, bargain shopping, and content creation such as this website and the graphics you see.
I have a huge spot in my heart for cats and books. Whether it's an audiobook or a digital or a physical book I can hold in my hands, I love books. It's as Stephen King once wrote it in his Memoirs on Writing "Writing is the closest thing we have to telepathy." I love cats whether they're friendly or not. Yes, those are the only two types of cats that exist to me.
I also love instruments, but I cannot commit to a practice unlike how I commit to my studies and books.
And of course, I like dabbling in web development and new technology such as Artificial Intelligence.
